About Me

Life Coach

Anyelina W.

Hello, my name is Anyelina Wilson. I’m originally from Colombia S.A., and I have been living in Massachusetts for the last 25 years with my husband and my sweet little Yorkie. Helping others just came natural to me, and because of this I really enjoyed my career for many years as a dental assistant helping with different surgical procedures and root canals.

But unexpectedly, nineteen years ago, my life changed dramatically. I suffered a major brain aneurysm rupture, experienced medical malpractice, and a month later had a massive stroke.

As a result of the brain aneurysm and stroke, I became legally blind, lost the ability temporarily to walk and talk, and also became disabled. I had to spend several months in the hospital enduring eight surgeries and many more months in rehab learning to walk and talk again. I always asked myself and God, “Why am I still here?” “Why did I survive, when so many haven’t?” “What is my purpose in life?”

So after many years of exploring and understanding my specialized needs and struggles, I decided eight years ago to create a Facebook support group to help people like me, survivors of aneurysms, strokes, and AVM (which is arterio venous malformation) and their caregivers.

After volunteering at a local hospital for four years, I realized that all this work was very rewarding, and I wanted to do more to help others. So, in 2018 I decided to become a life coach.

Also in 2018, I published my first poetry collection in English and Spanish. I am currently releasing my third collection of inspirational poetry that will be published in the summer of 2022. This helped me realize one of my life goals of becoming an author and allowed me to express so many things from my heart that I had experienced in life up until that point.

Life has opened so many doors for me, and I’ve learned to live life to the fullest and never take it for granted. My desire is to help you do the same and realize your full potential in life.

I am also a Certified Addiction Recovery & Abuse Recovery Coach, where I help others work through their past trauma, uncover behaviors that are not serving them well in life anymore, and equip them with new tools to help them thrive in life moving forward. For the last two years, I have had the honor of supporting other women who have experienced trauma and abuse, and have led them on the “path to healing” to have a more successful life.

In my private practice, I also offer trauma and behavioral counseling, meditation sessions, and I assist others in improving their physical and mental health as a nutrition coach.

For me, being able to help in so many different areas of someone’s life is very exciting and rewarding. Being able to help my clients feel happier and healthier long-term is my ultimate goal.

Having a better life is possible, and it doesn’t matter what has happened to you in the past or what kind of background you come from. Change is always possible, and we can reach our goals if we “dare to dream” and place them in front of us, safely within reach.

The possibilities are endless if we are willing to tap into them, and we must always remember that everything is possible with hard work, discipline, and commitment.
