Refund Policy for Coaching Sessions
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality coaching sessions and ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are dissatisfied with a coaching session for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to discuss your concerns.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be assessed based on the nature of the dissatisfaction and the circumstances surrounding the session.
- Request Process: To request a refund, please send an email to anyelinawlifecoach@gmail.com with your name, the date of the coaching session, and a brief description of the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Evaluation: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to better understand the issues you encountered during the session.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the nature of your dissatisfaction, we may offer one or more of the following resolution options:
- Rescheduling the coaching session at no additional cost.
- Providing a partial refund for the session fee.
- Offering a complimentary follow-up session to address any remaining concerns.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the session fee.
- Non-Refundable Situations: Please note that refunds may not be available in certain situations, such as:
- Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice.
- Request for a refund made more than 48 hours after the coaching session.
- Refund requests based on reasons unrelated to the quality of the coaching session.
